Since 1992, Gulzar Investments has a  track record of building apartment buildings. We confidently choose locations and focus on areas where housing needs to grow. The Gulzar Investments Office is based in British Columbia but has completed projects throughout BC, Canada, for many years.

What we do

Gulzar Investment develops residential, office, retail, hospitality, industrial and multipurpose projects. Our focus is on condominium and rental projects, but we have the following capabilities:

  •  Undertake new development planning and project management
  •  Management of  developments for which usage changes are proposed
  •  Recognize and implement rehabilitation options
  •  Design and run full rehabilitation, upgrade, and relocation programs

Gulzar Investment has the experience and tracks record in development, including sourcing opportunities, designing and executing business plans, financing, building, leasing and sales, and managing finished products.
