What we do
Gulzar Investment develops residential, office, retail, hospitality, industrial and multipurpose projects. Our focus is on condominium and rental projects, but we have the following capabilities:
- Undertake new development planning and project management
- Management of developments for which usage changes are proposed
- Recognize and implement rehabilitation options
- Design and run full rehabilitation, upgrade, and relocation programs
Gulzar Investment has the experience and tracks record in development, including sourcing opportunities, designing and executing business plans, financing, building, leasing and sales, and managing finished products.
